Planner Candy

Does it feel like the planner aisles of Target and Michaels taunt you at this time of the year? There is a 90% likelihood I will purchase goodies with the promise of staying organization while remaining stylish.

If you're a teacher you are probably no stranger to the Erin Condren Teacher Planner.  It's a one stop shop to lesson organization. Their collection of designs filled my feed this past month as educators shared with excitement.

Earlier this week, I found myself captivated by various decorative elements teachers were flaunting at the TpT conference.  I could feel myself being lured into the endless collection of stickers, sticky pads, embellishments, elastic bands and even the perfect paperclip.  All tempting but I resisted the enchantment and tuned into the presentations.

What I love about Erin Condren is her ability to create cute and functional products.  My heart is aflutter with her perfectly posh designs without all the additional frills.  If you feel the same way then you'll be excited for the July 19th launch of new accessories, perfect for a planner addict like me.

After a three hour drive back from Orlando, I stumbled upon this box of sunshine at my doorstep.

I couldn't help but beam as brightly as this beautiful box.  Inside were hidden treasures tucked within a layer of bright pink tissue paper and sealed with Erin Condren's signature asterisk with the word enjoy.  At that point I had zero restraint.

I have to admit, a teacher can never have to many pockets.  The first item to emerge from the box of a collection of watercolor planner pockets with inspirational quotes printed in gold and silver foil. I am smitten with the idea of having flexibility in my pocket placement.

The teacher planner does provide a collection of note taking pages after each monthly calendar; however, I can easily run low on space when recording notes from the weekly PLC and grade level meetings.  The 80 lined pages is more than enough space for note taking and guilt free doodles.

Watercolor is one of many trends that captivates me.  The gold and silver foil creates such a polished look. It's delicate and dreamy in every way. The planner pockets and journals are perfect compliments to the planner.  If you'd prefer a separate place to organize papers, the pocket folders are a great coordinating option, especially for those that wish to travel with a lighter load.

If you're a frequent follower, then you probably recall this planner addict also has planner anxiety.  I much prefer recording in pencil.  One of my favorite quotes of all time says, "No one is perfect, that's why pencils have erasers."

Anyone else love planner stickers?  The Cool for School Sticker collection is pretty and practical. The stunning collection of metalic quotes and inspirational sayings provide new possibilities through positivity. The watercolors are both subtle and bold. The alphabet, pennants, washi tape and flags are perfect accents to any planner.  Don't you just love the continuity between resources?

Erin Condren has many additional resources available during their launch this week.  I do know from social media that there are sizable, customizable lunch totes (not pictured) being launched in two days.  I know you'll love them!

The Back to School Launch will be July 19th. If you're interested in saving $10, use this referral link to sign up and make your first purchase >>here<<.

Thought that was all?  Not at all.  As a thank you for following along, I decided to share the goodies featured in this review.  I will split up the lot of supplies between two teachers. The planner was part of a earlier review post and is not part of the planner accessory review post. The winners will be announced Monday evening.  Good luck.
